Your online pre approval process could be improved…. there are a lot of numbers it asks me to input manually that the system should be able to calculate. Fairway’s pre approval process compared to others was more time consuming and tedious and asked for more detailed info. Given our experience at this stage, we were about to go with a different lendor were it not for the strong recommendation of our realtor. Where you shine is all the work Michelle is doing to put together personalized offer packages and to strategize with us to see what is affordable on our budget as first time homebuyers given the complexity of financing a home. She was always quick to answer our questions, which was really helpful.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. There were many times where an issue rose and her team was already working on solutions and scenarios to let us review to make the best decision. I would highly recommend for first time home buyers.
